Columbus Community Hospital hosts a variety of health and wellness events throughout the year in an effort to assist the community in leading a healthy lifestyle.

Diabetes Awareness Day

CCH holds a diabetes awareness day in November of each year. The purpose of the awareness day is to provide information and resources to people with diabetes and raise awareness of the incidence of diabetes. Nearly 29 million people across the United States are affected by diabetes which includes more than 4,300 people in Columbia County alone, many of whom do not know they have diabetes.

Hands on Hearts

In just 15 minutes you can learn how to perform hands only/compression only CPR. Learn from our certified CCH instructors on Sept. 12. Training will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Columbus Community Hospital Main Lobby. For more information call 920-623-1276

CCH Annual Walk

The walk is held during National Hospital Week each year. Proceeds from the event are donated to a local or area non-profit organization. For more information or to register, call 920-623-1280.
